I have known Maia since the 8th grade and it was so sweet to get to photograph her wedding. Maia and Jesse's wedding was an adorable backyard wedding with a cake and punch reception! It was so precious! As I'm sure you will be able to tell as you scroll through pictures from their special day, the love between Maia and Jesse is unmistakable. The groom even cried during their ceremony. It was beautiful! Jesse adores his bride and Maia is head over heels for her groom!
I've had the pleasure of photographing the beautiful Brock girls several times now and I was thrilled to have the chance to photograph the entire family together. We spent a beautiful morning in Pulaski square in historic downtown Savannah. The weather was great, the smiles were contagious and the moments will now be unforgettable. I love my job!
Olson Family Beach Session
The Olson Family contacted me while they were on vacation on Tybee Island. Since the whole family was together, they wanted to take the opportunity to get family pictures done! They were right! Family vacations are often the best times to get pictures taken! I had just returned home from Tybee when I received their phone call inquiring about a session. I was so excited! Tybee is gorgeous this time of year and with the lovely low tides of that week we would be able to get some great shots down on South Tybee. The Olson Family was as sweet as could be! We talked about what they had done thus far on their vacation as we took pictures and it was only a matter of time before the ladies and I discovered our mutual love for the beauty of downtown Savannah. I was truly privileged to capture the love between this family. Look through the pictures and I'm sure you'll enjoy seeing it too (:
Alina's Cake Smash Session
I've been photographing miss Alina since she was insider her mommy's tummy! When Micah asked me if I could capture Alina's one year old photos I was so excited! And when she told me that she wanted incorporate a cake smash, Alina and I were BOTH excited! Alina is a beautiful little girl who was more curious about her pin-wheel props then she was my camera. But thats ok, because we got some great shots regardless! A little cautious when the cake came out but as soon as Daddy showed her that she could "play" in it she went to town! That cake didn't stand a chance!
Happy Birthday little Alina (:
